We offer an easy 30-day returns for all our customers.
If an item arrives with any defects or damages, please email Inquiry@onnalondon.co.uk with your name, order number, any relevant images and a description of the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
All returns must be unworn with no signs of wear or damage and in its original condition and packaging (keep sake box and travel pouch).
Please return your order back to us in the original packaging it came in with tags still attached (if any). Please aim to use the same mailing box delivered in as no oversized or large mailing boxes will be accepted due to the potential increases of shipping rates. Similar or same size mailing box will be accepted. Onna will not be responsible for increased fees due to large packaging and reserves the right to deduct additional shipping fees from the refunded amount where applicable. Should the returned item not meet the return guidelines, Onna has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to customers.
Engraved andSaleProductsAll items that are engraved or on sale are not eligible for a return at any time and are final sale.
BundleBundle items can only be returned as a set. No individual item of a bundle can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange.
Ear piecesUnfortunately we cannot accept earring exchanges or returns due to hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
You will be notified once returned item has been received and inspected for approval of refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note: it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
